The readability and aesthetics of the "Kama Kathegalu" font were evaluated through a user study. The study involved 100 participants, who were asked to read a sample text in Kannada using the "Kama Kathegalu" font. The results showed that the font was highly legible and aesthetically pleasing, with users appreciating its elegant and cursive strokes.
