The story takes place in the 1970s at a high school in Sendai, Japan. Eiji Miyata (played by Sōsuke Iwao) is a transfer student who becomes involved with a group of delinquents known as the "Crows." As Eiji navigates his new surroundings, he befriends a young man named Shōhei Kanzaki (played by Kōki Senda) and becomes embroiled in a turf war between rival gangs.
